Our Story
Adam Rubinstein is a 22-year-old Charleston native with a lifelong eye for detail and a heart for creating moments people never forget. Born and raised in the heart of South Carolina’s Lowcountry, Adam grew up surrounded by the warmth, beauty, and tradition that defines Charleston. But instead of following a conventional path, he carved his own.
With a natural entrepreneurial drive and a passion for elevating the ordinary, Adam founded Cirque de Champagne to bring something truly unique to the city’s event scene — a fusion of luxury, spectacle, and Southern hospitality. The signature champagne skirt was just the beginning. Under Adam’s vision, Cirque de Champagne has become more than an experience — it’s a statement piece at weddings, galas, and upscale celebrations across the region.
Adam personally oversees every detail, from client experience to event execution, ensuring each moment sparkles with elegance and intention. His mission is simple: create magic, leave lasting impressions, and always raise the bar (and the glass) for what’s possible at an event.
